A Letter About My Job Like A Dentist Should I Hold The Dentist Responsible For A Crown And Root Canal Gone Bad From 10 Years Ago ?

Should I hold the dentist responsible for a crown and root canal gone bad from 10 years ago ? - a letter about my job like a dentist

I told him that the tooth was too high, he acted on several occasions tried to convince him, and he is always wrong, and argued that it was for me. I did not work in my mouth when he was angry. I stood up and shown how to stand up statistics, just wanted to change the subject, but I ended up postponing because of my 4 children with his first wife, and now I feel it I should be responsible and have complications with my jaw, but it is worse and cracking and irregularly applied to the crown. I still feel a tingling sensation in my ear and side of the face that no one can explain. I think it is a kind of nerve damage. I saw him and gave him the opportunity to see the poor work, and he denies it and even wrote a letter responding to the allegedly by 8/15/07. I've heard of him. I want to with the respect that I am still not of blood, I just want my teeth fixed.

Looks like you TMJ. Common explode, pain in joints and surrounding area, all the symptoms. TMJ often causes spasm of adjacent muscles, the bones of the skull, face and jaws are attached. Then the pain can be felt on the side of the head (temple), the cheek, jaw and teeth. This is probably tingling is.TMJ speech is dependent on several factors, such as grinding or pressing causes during sleep, the trauma of a blow on the jaw, joint degeneration, rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatoid arthritis or other forms of inflammation and stress . Never heard of the crown of a "very high" and cause the symptoms you describe. I think the dentist is not responsible for their pain. Reduce your losses in connection with this treatment, the dentist and look elsewhere. It looks like a very caring dentist. He would have listened 10 years ago and made sure that the tooth was comfortable for you. You can not really expect it to do something or not to wait ten yearsafter all. There really is no excuse for that: - Adjustments in the crown is free and takes less than 20 minutes. Limitation period has expired and that the dentist is not obliged to treat you. It would be very difficult for you to pursue against the dentist, because if the tooth that was closest to his heart, he would not have waited 10 years to try to solve them, taking into account an adjustment could have been free. The good news is that dental insurance cover your new crown. Almost all dental insurance can be obtained so that a crown be replaced every 5 years in a tooth.

10 years ago? Doubtful. Why not a guest of another dds or endodontist? The other symptoms do not sound like a root canal gone bad. Although I am sorry for your problems, it sounds as if you had 10 years service in these processes.

Sorry to say, but 10 years and I can not be held liable. You should go to another dentist to see. You can not complain, but you are always responsible for their own health. Too bad life is for us all. Would stop him to another dentist! But now I am sure that your teeth have developed so that it will be difficult to make out the first error. But to go to the dentist for him to write the details of his tooth on a piece of perscription and ask if you can get a copy.

Sounds like you have a hold of a lawyer or someone who knows what you want to get right in experience. It would probably be sueing my head if I were you.

I think you have to sue a day late or something like that. Channels are not 100% sure, it's almost a game, not a little work and some. Sometimes they have to be removed by an endodontist. Evaluate the tooth.
